What is BPIC Network?

BPIC Network is a built environment membership network for Ethnic minority representation. Our organisation serves as an inclusion hub in the built environment, operating both as a network, resource hub and offering solutions to affect change. We foster collaboration with individuals and industry organizations, working collectively to enhance representation and advocate for inclusion best practices.
Together, we are dedicated to shaping an industry that thrives on diversity and provides meaningful opportunities for those currently engaged or aspiring to contribute to its dynamic landscape.

Our mission is to increase the participation of ethnic minority individuals and small bussinesses in the industry whilst also empowering and educating individuals along the way. We champion the importance of diversity within the industry by directly providing solutions for organisations to create inclusive work environments and attract a diverse workforce. The network is  dedicated to delivering solutions for participants that work in all areas of the industry from major infrastructure projects, fit-outs, SMEs to specialist professions that support our industry such as tech, law & finance.
